HTC recently announced their latest Windows Phone 8 smartphones, the HTC Windows Phone 8X and the HTC Windows Phone 8S, both devices come with a new brightly colored design, and if you look at the photos below they look very similar to the designs of Nokia’s new Lumia Windows Phone 8 smartphones.

Nokia were less than impressed when the designs of the new HTC Windows Phone devices were revealed, and now according to a recent report, Nokia is considering suing HTC over the designs of these new devices.

Of course this is just a rumor at the moment, and has yet to be confirmed, but Nokia could end p trying to have HTC’s new Windows Phone 8 devices banned before they go on sale.
