Owners of the HTC One X and HTC One S smartphones will be pleased to learn that HTC is now preparing to roll out a new update to the two smartphones. That will bring with it all the features and tweaks you can expect with Google’s latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

The new Android 4.1 update for the smartphones will also be accompanied by a new update for HTC Sense 4+ user interface software. Both the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system update and the HTC Sense 4+ update are expected to arrive on the smartphones sometime this month.

However updates for AT&T’s One X or T-Mobile’s One S, may take additional time to make its way through carrier testing procedure.
