Samsung announced a while back that they intended to file a lawsuit against Apple and the iPhone 5, Samsung has now file a motion with the court against Apple’s new iPhone 5 and according to Samsung they have ‘determined that the iPhone 5 practiced its patented technologies’.

Samsung are basically saying that the iPhone 5 uses the same technologies as previous versions of the iPhone, that Samsung are suing Apple for, so the iPhone 5 has now been added to the lawsuit.
On top of that Samsung has managed to have the sales ban of their Galaxy Tab 10.1 lifted in the US, as Judge Lucy Koh has agreed to dissovle the preliminary injunction against the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
This isn’t the end of the matter, as the case against the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is scheduled to be heard on December the 6th, and if Apple should win they could be granted a permanent injunction against the Galaxy Tab 10.1
