"Text from Dog blog star: 'I'm the one with the talent'"

A DOG and his master are quickly gaining internet fame as a result of their iPhone text message conversations being posted online.

The UK-based Text From Dog humour blog, created at the end of March, has attracted thousands of comments and fans worldwide.

Via text, the pair squabble about Dog's antics, accidents and attitudes.

So far Dog has torn down curtains and used them as a cape, been confused by mirrors and threatened to terrorise the mailman as Batdog.


Dog's owner told mX he thought his anonymity added to the fun of the blog and was wary of revealing too much.

However, Dog was more than happy to spill the beans.


"I don't know if I'm comfortable with him (my 'owner') cashing in on my ability to text," Dog emailed to mX.

"After all, I'm the one with the talent. He's a struggling artist and I'm a TEXTING DOG.

"Who would you rather invite to a dinner party?"
Dog said he had been a "pet" for six years, but was actually an inspiration and muse to his owner.

"He started posting the texts online because he thought fellow dog owners would 'relate' to our conversations and find them entertaining," he wrote.

"I imagine most people will react in the same way.

"They'll be thinking 'How did such an AWESOME dog end up with a guy like that?'"
