It was in April that an ambassador from the US asked Australians to stop pirating the Game of Thrones series, but of course no one cared. Who is going to listen to a politician? Now we have word that with season 3 of Game of Thrones over now, TorrentFreak has released some interesting statistics.


The season finale of Game of Thrones season 3 now holds a new swarm record, surpassing the one set by the season premiere. It had up to 171,572 swarm members, which is nearly 10,000 more than the 163,088 of the season’s first episode.
The show is now officially the “most-pirated” show of the US spring season of TV. This was also the most-shared episode. You can’t stop Westeros.
