Many iPhone users are already familiar with Mophie and their battery packs that help extend the iPhone’s battery life. Well Mophie is looking to expand beyond the iPhone and that’s good news for non-iPhone using folks.

The company has revealed a battery pack designed for Samsung’s Galaxy S3. Design and specs of the battery pack are apparently not finalized yet, but it will double the battery life on the stock battery of the Galaxy S3. So with this news the Galaxy S3 gets even better.

No word on when it will be ready or for how much, but Galaxy S3 owners will love it. We all want more battery life.
