Contour+2 Action Camera Captures Speed, Distance, And Elevation Data Whilst Recording (video)

Contour has unveiled their latest camcorder called the Contour+2 action camera, thats builds on the features from their ContourROAM and the original Contour+ action camera.

The latest Contour+2 action camera has been created to make it easy to share your extreme footage with friends via popular social networks sites. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action.

Capturing 1080p HD video with speed, distance, and elevation data all included, and allowing you to connect your Apple or Android smartphone via Bluetooth,enabling your smartphone to be used as a viewer when required. Its also fitted with a “Instant On-Record” switch, and a 60-meter waterproof case for those underwater adventures.

The Contour+2 action camera is available from major retailers like Amazon, REI and Zumiez later in September for $399, across 40 countries worldwide.
