RIM Says BlackBerry 10 Will Soon Be Available For Licensing | Techdigg.info

RIM’s CEO, Thorsten Heins that RIM intends to license the next version of their mobile OS, BlackBerry 10 to other manufacturers.

RIM is expected to launch BlackBerry 10 in the first quarter of 2013, and now RIM’s CEO has told Boomberg that BlackBerry 10 will soon be ready to licenses out to other manufacturers.
It will be interesting to see what happens with BlackBerry 10, and whether other manufacturers are interested in licensing the mobile OS, although no details of any deals with various manufacturers have been revealed as yet.
