"Best smartphone ever? Apple’s Siri says Nokia Lumia 900"

Nokia 900 the best smartphone ever?

Apple’s speech recognition software, Siri’s latest answer might leave its creators blushing. Apparently when asked what the best smartphone ever made is, it gives a surprise answer.

No, it’s not rival Samsung’s Galaxy SIII but shockingly Nokia’s Lumia 900.

According to Tech2, Siri’s answers are based on search results from Wolfram Alpha, which gets its own information from user reviews.The result even specifies the 4G version, a colour ‘cyan’ and AT&T.

Nokia Lumia 900 is Windows-based phone which the phone maker hopes will help it revive its sagging fortunes, especially as it has lost the smartphone race to Apple and Samsung.Also it seems Siri doesn’t know what ‘Nokia’ means. So is Nokia Lumia 900 really the best smartphone ever?

The phone had a software bug, which was causing users to lose their data connectivity. Nokia managed to fix the bug in it’s first 4G phone, which it had ironically marketed with the strapline “an amazingly fast way to connect.”

It can’t be denied that Nokia offers a different experience for the users with a Windows OS phone. But in the smartphone market where Apple and Android offer tons of apps, Nokia is nowhere close to being the best, even if Siri thinks so.
