Vudu For Android Now Works With Selected Handsets

Last year was when Vudu’s player for Android rolled out, offering tablet support along the way, and now there is a new update which allows it to work on a limited number of smartphones. These include some of the more recently released Samsung handsets, like the Nexus 4, the HTC One, and other devices.

This app will work for either streaming or downloading movies, and it ran on the Nexus 4 without any issues for those who have tried it. The user interface is the same as the tablet version, with some of the buttons being smaller.
Also it looks like it is impossible to play the video in any other resolution that is higher than Standard Definition. The Vudu for Android app is free, so you might as well give a try.
