The only time I’ve ever thought a lamp was cool was back in the 80s when those lamps you only had to touch to turn on and off first came out. Dynamism is now offering what may be the coolest lamp ever called the Bang Lamp.
The lamp is all white and is turned on and off with a remote control shaped like a gun.

The handgun-shaped remote turns the lamp off with a pull of the trigger and turns it back on with pull of the trigger. The lamp measures 47 cm x 30 cm and has a base with a conference of 22.5 cm. It’s designed to use small bulbs of under 20 W power.

The gun-shaped remote control is good for range of about 15 m and the lamp also has an on-off switch located on the power cord. This is one of the most expensive lamps you’re likely to run across at $299. This lamp isn’t new, it’s been around for a while but it’s certainly worth looking at again with the holidays coming.
