Hulu Plus, HBO Go and Max Go apps for Android get updated with support for closed captions

If this sounds familiar that’s because this news comes just days after the mobile apps for HBO, Cinemax and Hulu added closed captions support on iOS. Now similar upgrades have come to their apps on Android. At least Android folks didn’t have to wait long.

However right now there doesn’t appear to be any change in the number of supported devices for these. The Hulu upgrade also adds the option to share videos via Twitter, Facebook and other services, but the 10 second rewind button added on iOS is nowhere to be found.

These new versions can be found in the app store right now. Go get ‘em.
