Enterprise-D restoration fundraiser goes live


Enterprise-D restoration fundraiser goes live | Techdigg.info
some fans and their mission to save the set of the Enterprise D and now the fundraising for the project is live. They are now actively raising cash on Indiegogo with a estimated $240,000 target needed to make this project become a reality.

If you donate you can get the usual stuff like t-shirts, but with larger amounts, you can get replicas of Captain Kirk’s original chair or an LCARS terminal, even a romantic evening on the bridge with “complete privacy until the next morning”.
The project is getting official sponsors and hopes to get Captain Picard’s chair ready for display by October. The whole bridge should be ready by late 2013 if all goes well. Make it so!
