Gigabyte Aivia Xenon: Combines mouse and touchpad into single device | Techdigg.info

We already saw all sorts of hybrid devices in the past, and if you’re fan of those, today we have a special computer mouse that you might like.

Although it doesn’t look like a computer mouse, Gigabyte Aivia Xenon is the first dual mode touchpad mouse from Gigabyte. This mouse uses multi-touch gestures along with Gigabyte Free Scrolling technology and it can work from up to 10 meters of distance. Unlike other peripherals, Gigabyte Aivia Xenon comes with a special mode button so you can toggle between mouse mode and touchpad mode easily. There’s a light indicator as well that will turn blue if you’re using Gigabyte Aivia Xenon in a mouse mode, or turn purple if you’re using it in a touchpad mode.

Gigabyte Aivia Xenon is a unique computer mouse, and although it might not be the most comfortable mouse on the market it comes with 1000 DPI resolution and it is powered by couple of AAA batteries. As for the price and release date, no information is available at the moment.
